I go to the market with a short shopping list. I need tomatoes for dinner and apples for tomorrow. A man has two kinds of tomatoes on his table. The small ones are red and firm.
The large ones are soft, and some have small marks. I want to make soup, so I ask about the large tomatoes. The man says they are good for soup today. I buy three and put them at the top of my bag.
I do not want the apples to press on them. At home, I wash the tomatoes and cut them for dinner.
