Current test checkouts

Mazelingo currently uses Waffo test checkout. Test orders do not collect real money, so there is no financial payment to refund. The commercial terms below will apply to actual payments only when live subscriptions open.

Refund eligibility

The commercial refund terms will be published before live paid subscriptions open. Current test checkouts do not collect real money and do not require a financial refund.

No additional refund guarantee is implied by a test purchase. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

How to request a refund

Contact us using the support email or account support below. Include the account email, order or transaction reference, payment date and reason. For a service problem, describe the issue so that we can investigate. We may verify the requester's identity and payment ownership. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords.

We will review the request and tell you the decision. Refunds require processing through the payment provider; a support request is not itself confirmation that a refund has been issued. Waffo's transaction receipt may also provide a buyer support channel.

Method and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where supported. The time to appear in your account depends on Waffo, the payment method and your bank. We do not promise an immediate balance update or a fixed banking settlement time. If a refund cannot be processed normally, we will explain the available next steps.

After a full refund, access associated with the refunded paid period may end. A partial refund will be explained separately. We do not require you to give up mandatory statutory rights in order to make a request.

Cancellation is separate

Cancel future renewal in account billing. Cancellation normally leaves the current paid period available and prevents the next automatic charge; it does not automatically refund an existing payment. A refund request is not a substitute for canceling renewal if you no longer want the subscription.
