Acceptable Use Policy

Use Mazelingo for lawful learning

Use only text you own, have permission to use or can lawfully use under an applicable exception. Respect the privacy, copyright and other rights of others. You are responsible for what you submit and for how you use generated material.

Prohibited activity

You must not:

• Submit unlawful content, material that exploits or abuses children, credible threats, or content used to harass or facilitate harm to others.
• Use the service to distribute pirated material, impersonate another person, obtain private data without permission or infringe intellectual property rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to steal credentials, access another user's account, or probe or disrupt systems without authorization.
• Bypass request limits, security controls, payment requirements or account restrictions; use fraudulent payment details or manipulate orders, refunds or subscription states.
• Use automated requests or mass account creation to overload the service, send spam or resell access without permission.
• Claim AI output is verified, authorized or endorsed by Mazelingo when it is not, or use it to mislead others about facts or identity.

Sensitive information and AI limitations

Do not submit passwords, full payment-card data, confidential third-party documents or unnecessary sensitive personal information. AI requests send required text to service providers as explained in the privacy policy. Check translations and explanations before using them beyond personal study.

Enforcement and reporting

We may limit requests, remove access or suspend an account where necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal obligations. Where appropriate and practical, we will provide notice and a way to contact support. A restriction does not remove any refund or other right required by applicable law.

If you believe an account or piece of content violates this policy, contact us with the relevant page, approximate time and a description. Do not include unnecessary private data. You may also contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
